What happens when shipping rates change?

The Shipping Wizard tool is synced to the actual shipping service’s computers to get their rates in real time. Thus, it automatically and instantly updates to reflect any rate or service changes that a shipping carrier has made. It does the legwork for you!

What if I use a specialized freight service to ship my large items?

There is a shipping option to select for Freight Service when the price cannot be determined ahead of time.

Why are my item pages not showing my price for International shipping?

When you are signed into your own shop and are viewing your item pages, Antique’s system automatically knows where you are located, and will display the price for shipping the item to your country.

Why is it important to enter accurate shipping information when I list my items?

Determined After Checkout is no longer a shipping option available to US based shops.

For large items which require specialist packing and transport, the Freight option may be selected, and then the shipping can be calculated by the shop owner after the buyer has submitted the Purchase Order.

How will the Shipping Wizard be able to calculate the shipping without knowing the zone it is going to?

Buyers must register with a shipping address before they can make a purchase on Antique. The Shipping Wizard then automatically calculates the total from your shop’s zip code to the buyer’s zip code.

Posso alterar o endereço de entrega de um de meus pedidos?

Contanto que seu pedido não tenha sido enviado para o nosso departamento de remessa e embalagem em nosso depósito, você pode alterar o endereço de envio do seu pedido em sua conta. Clique no link ao lado do seu pedido para alterar o endereço de entrega. Se um link para alterar seu endereço de entrega não aparecer, seu pedido já foi enviado ou foi enviado para envio e embalagem em nosso depósito.

O que é um pacote que não pode ser entregue?

Ocasionalmente, os pacotes são devolvidos ao nosso armazém porque o remetente determinou que o pacote não pode ser entregue. Quando a transportadora nos devolve um pacote não entregue, nós reabastecemos automaticamente os itens e emitimos um reembolso total (incluindo frete) de volta para a (s) forma (s) de pagamento original. Observação: se a sua encomenda foi devolvida ao nosso armazém por impossibilidade de entrega, não poderemos reenviar a sua encomenda.

All services are free to join and as a shop owner you can use these services to promote your own shop too.

What is the My Account page?

The My Account page is where you can view Antique account information including:

  • Pending and Completed purchase activity
  • Member, Password and Address Book information
  • Subscription details for our Mailing Lists

When shopping or browsing on Antique, you can access your My Account Overview page by selecting My Account located at the top of any page on our site.

How do I change my account email address?

To change your account email address:

  1. Select My Account located at the top of any page on our site
  2. Under the Member Info section, select Edit
  3. Under the Your Email Address section, complete the required field
  4. Select Update
